Dillon Webber, son of WGSG Founder and CEO Trey Webber, became Co-Founder and CEO in 2025 after serving as Vice President for five years. In this role, he oversees daily operations and administrative functions, ensuring the organization runs smoothly and efficiently. As the third highest-ranking executive, Dillon helps define the company’s strategic vision and fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration, empowering employees to contribute toward ambitious goals.
